The previous understanding of the creation of fear by nuclear weapons had always been limited to pure self-defense in the event of an attack with nuclear weapons.
Putin, as one of the world’s great anxiety generators, has changed this understanding of the Cold War, which has prevailed for decades. Therefore, we are not in a 2nd Cold War, which was based on mutual defensive deterrence, but already in the middle of the 3rd World War, which is being waged differently and more extensively. Until Putin came to power in 2000, Russia was a largely corrupt state, but free to express its opinion. Democratic control mechanisms and a free press were defamed under Putin, finally infiltrated and then abolished.
Whenever elections were uncertain in the outcome, he had triggered a war or similar events with great anxiety-generating potential, so that he could steer his population well as a anxiety-monger and thus secure his rule.
His new strategy is to use nuclear weapons as anxiety-inducing mechanisms offensively for the attack:
In the war of aggression against Ukraine, conventional weapons are used in the sense of the previous definition, but the offensive threat of the use of nuclear weapons is intended to drive Ukraine and its support into a anxiety trap, so that through the paralyzing anxiety they withdraw or give up their active support more and more and thus supply fewer or no more weapons and he wins the war as the stronger one. This anxiety generation in the democracies, which are the declared opponents of war, is intended to create an army of “useful idiots” and is being driven forward with massive influence at all levels.
The war calculation was therefore to create so much anxiety under the protective umbrella of a completely new, aggressive and offensive nuclear weapons strategy, that there is no great resistance, and the conventional war can be won accordingly easily.
If this war calculation now works out – and unfortunately in part it is not without effect – it can be used as a model for a more extensive, quite worldwide expansion not only of its anxiety-spreading sphere of influence, but also China, North Korea and Iran, which may have to be reequipped with nuclear weapons, can be included in the alliance.
The question arises as to whether today’s democracies have understood that they are already in World War 3 and whether they are capable of in-depth analysis and resistance in order to push back the advancing worldwide alliances of highly professional anxiety-mongers such as China, Russia, North Korea and Iran and other allies.

Anxiety-mongering is in every way the weapons that are also driven by concrete conventional warfare as an element of it, such as the largest war in Europe after 1945 between Ukraine and Russia.
This strategy must not succeed and must not be given into, otherwise not only will further conventional wars be waged under the protective shield of anxiety-mongering threats with nuclear weapons, but the other war fields will also expand. Here it is of the utmost importance that Putin clearly loses this war and is driven out of Ukraine.
Meaningless formulations that Putin must not win should be avoided, as the goal must be formulated crystal clear! If Putin does not lose clearly and thus Ukraine clearly wins, i.e. does not restore its sovereignty within the old borders, then the new alliance leading World War 3, namely Russia, China, North Korea and Iran, will continue to advance, continue to increase in power and forge further alliances in order to maintain the “dominance of the West”, especially that of America, to break. The main thrust of the war, which has so far been well advanced, is to unsettle and divide the democratic states at home and abroad through the disintegrative power of anxiety.
According to the plans of the war opponent, the weakening of internal and external cohesion associated with the division would also have to include economic and military weakening. Trump is fitting perfectly in the strategy of the war-mongers against Democracies.
